Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and get it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of any smells or odours, with all tags in and hygiene strips tact, and in its original packaging. If your return doesn’t meet these criteria, or we suspect the hygiene strip has been tampered with, we reserve the right to reject your return and will have to send it back to you. Returns sent with missing / damaged product bags will be subject to a £2.00 fee per bag.
To start a return, you can contact us at cucon@cuconswim.com with your name, order number, items you want to return and the return reason. Once your return is confirmed, we will send you the delivery address. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot offer free returns at this time, although we hope to in the future. We recommend sending your parcel tracked and signed for. Please ensure you keep all proof of postage and tracking details as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in transit.
You’ll also need to ensure your order number, name, email address and list of returned items are sent within the parcel.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We quality check each order on packing to ensure you are only getting perfect Cucón products. However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any quality issues must be reported to us within 72 hours of your receiving your order otherwise we will have to investigate further.
Final sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items (this does not include discount codes) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
