Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Standard Delivery: £4.99
Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from dispatch
FREE Standard Delivery on orders £75 and over
All UK orders are sent via a tracked delivery service.

EU Shipping
Standard Delivery: £10
Delivery Time: 2–11 business days from dispatch
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Notes
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods (such as product launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
